The Joseph P. Dwyer Veterans Peer Support Project ensures New York Veterans never face challenges alone. The New York State Dwyer Coalition coordinates peer support based on trust and shared experiences. This Resource Library offers reliable information and crisis support for challenges like mental health and reintegration. Caring for mental health is a strength. This library prioritizes access for Veterans, families, and providers. For immediate support, call the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 ( 1) or text 988. In emergencies, call 911. The Dwyer model emphasizes Veterans supporting Veterans and community care. This Resource Library will evolve to meet Veterans' needs.
