NYS Dwyer Coalition Advocacy
The New York State Dwyer Coalition brings together organizations, stakeholders, and community partners that operate and support the Joseph P. Dwyer Peer Support Program across New York State.
Our mission is to strengthen collaboration, promote best practices, increase awareness, and advocate for the continued growth and sustainability of peer support services for Veterans, service members, military families, caregivers, and survivors.
Through statewide coordination, professional development, advocacy, and information sharing, the Coalition helps ensure that Dwyer Programs remain responsive to the unique needs of the communities they serve while maintaining the peer-to-peer values that have made the program successful throughout New York State.
